1983 — Jim & Dee Ford of Chaffee started teaching at the Eagles in Sikeston
 
1985, 87 — Moved to the Double Nickel in Sikeston
 
April 1, 1988 — Moved to Bill & Chas in Cape (formerly old skating rink)
 
1989 — Official formation of Hi-Cot'N Dance Club
Feb. 16 & Apr. 20, 1989 — Shenandoah performed at Bill & Chas
June 1, 1989 — Clint Black performed at Bill & Chas
 
Late 1990 — Moved to Country Bumkin in Illinois (now the Hushpuppy)
 
? — Moved to Legends in Cape (formerly "Bill & Chas")
 
? — Legends name changed to Big Al's
 
? — Moved to American Legion Hall in Cape, 2nd floor on Broadway
 
? — Moved to Daytimers in Cape
 
April 8, 1993 — Moved to Hobbs Chapel in Cape, on Hwy. 177
